Oregon Administrative Rules Public Hearing
Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is in the process of adopting permanent Oregon Administrative Rules for the Homeownership Assistance Program of the Oregon Housing Fund. The rulemaking amends existing rules to reflect program requirements, industry standards, and ensures consistency with statutory requirements of the program.

A public hearing has been scheduled to receive comments on this proposed rulemaking on March 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Comments will be accepted through March 15, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. Comments may be submitted on the proposed rulemaking by email at Roberto.Franco@hcs.state.or.us; by regular mail addressed to the above address, or can be presented during the public hearing on March 6, 2012.
The Department currently has temporary rulemaking in place that will expire on March 27, 2012.
