Notice of a Special Meeting of Board of Directors of Oregon Affordable Housing Assistance Corporation
A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Oregon Affordable Housing Assistance Corporation, an Oregon nonprofit benefit corporation (the "Corporation"), in accordance with Section 65.344 of the Oregon Revised Statutes.
The special meeting shall take place on August 2, 2010, at 8:00 a.m. PST, in Conference Room 322 of the Oregon Housing and Community Services Department at 725 Summer Street NE, Suite B, Salem, Oregon 97301-1266.

Notice of Adoption of Temporary Oregon Administrative Rules for the Farmworker Housing Tax Credit Program, 813-041
Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) has adopted temporary Oregon Administrative Rules for the Farmworker Housing Tax Credit Program. The amended rules will clarify language surrounding the selection and processing of standby applications for the program.

There will be a Public Hearing on the proposed 2011-2012 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program for the State of Oregon.

The purpose of this hearing is to obtain public comment on the proposed 2011-2012 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program for the State of Oregon. Persons interested in commenting on the state plan are invited to attend the public hearing. If no one has shown to make public comments by 10:30 am on Monday, August 2, 2010, we will close the public hearing. OHCS will accept written comments if post marked by August 9, 2010. A copy of the proposed state plan is available at this link: www.ohcs.oregon.gov/OHCS/pdfs/2011_CSBG_DRAFT_State_Plan.pdf.

The purpose of this hearing is to obtain public comment on the proposed 2011 LIHEAP Detailed State Plan for Oregon. Persons interested in commenting on the draft plan are invited to attend the public hearing. If no one has shown to make public comments by 10:00am on Tuesday, August 17, 2010, we will close the public hearing. Written comments will be accepted as long as they are received by 5:00pm, Friday August 20, 2010.
A copy of the proposed State Plan--will be available to view on the OHCS website after August 2, 2010. The web address is www.ohcs.oregon.gov.

Notice of Adoption of Permanent Oregon Administrative Rules for the Housing Preservation Fund, 813-028
Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) proposes to adopt permanent Oregon Administrative Rules for the Housing Preservation Fund. The rulemaking establishes the Fund and authorizes OHCS to provide financial assistance in the acquisition, renovation or maintenance of section 8 housing or other housing with federal rent subsidies.

Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) proposes to adopt permanent Oregon Administrative Rules for the Manufactured Dwelling Parks Preservation Fund. The rulemaking establishes the Fund and authorizes OHCS to provide assistance to community organizations and tenant groups in acquiring manufactured dwelling parks.
