About the Regional Advisors to the Department

The Regional Advisors to the Department (RADs) provide outreach to Oregon communities in identifying and addressing critical community development activities. RADs provide assistance to communities in capacity building, financing of affordable housing developments, and advocate and provide information to local communities, governments, and decision-makers in gaining acceptance to the siting of affordable and special needs housing.

		Bruce Buchanan East Region Counties Served: Baker, Gilliam, Grant, Harney, Malheur, Morrow, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa and Wheeler			Deborah Price Central Region Counties Served: Crook, Deschutes, Hood River, Jefferson, Klamath, Lake, Sherman and Wasco.
		Karen Clearwater Southwest Region Counties Served: Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, Josephine and Lane.			Karen Chase Mid-Willamette Valley Region Counties Served: Benton, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Polk and Yamhill.
		Vince Chiotti Metro & Northwest Region Counties Served: Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Multnomah, Tillamook and Washington
