General Housing Account Program (GHAP)

Grant and Tax Credit Programs / General Housing Account Program

The 2009 Legislature created the General Housing Account Program (GHAP) to expand the state’s supply of housing for low- and very low-income Oregonians. GHAP resources support two primary activities: affordable multifamily housing development and increasing the capacity of OHCS partners to meet the state’s affordable housing needs.  All projected uses are subject to availability of revenue.
