Oregon statue specifies that at least one person for each manufactured dwelling park or floating home facility and who has authority to manage the premises, is required every two years to complete four (4) hours of continuing education relating to the management of the facility.
Oregon Housing and Community Services, through the Manufactured Communities Resource Center (MCRC), ensures that continuing education classes are offered at least once every six months and are taught by persons approved by the department and affiliated with a statewide nonprofit trade association that represents manufactured housing interests.
Oregon based nonprofit trade associations may apply to become trainers for the Manufactured Communities Resource Center (MCRC) by completing the application below.
